The Title and Total Compensation (TTC) Project Resource Library features online learning, factsheets, and videos to help build understanding of how job titles, position descriptions, and salary structures will change for many UW–Madison staff. The new job titles and position descriptions will take effect in spring, 2020. Resources will be updated frequently.
